ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/ CUSTOMER SERVICE
There is an immediate opening for this position.
DESCRIPTION:
General office duties include, but are not limited to:
- Customer correspondence via email, fax, letters.
- Analyze data and update reports
- Data entry
- Answer telephones
- Handle customer requests/issues
- Provide administrative support to executive staff
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Computer skills - must have good PC and Internet knowledge,
with strong skills and experience in the following: Microsoft Office Suite,
email (Eudora or Outlook), Internet Explorer, etc. Excellent written and
verbal communications skills...Strong organizational skills...Detail
oriented...Ability to take initiative...Ability to prioritize and
multi-task...Team player and enthusiastic, bubbly attitude a must.
