IT - Network Support / Customer Service – Entry Level Position

There is an immediate opening for this position.

DESCRIPTION: Job duties to include setting up new accounts, operate registrations/transfers of domains, set up email accounts and provide technical support to existing customers via phone and email. Deploy servers/software/web sites, etc.

SKILLS REQUIRED: Candidate should have some working knowledge of the Internet and protocols. Linux and Windows Server experience helpful. On-the-job training provided for the right applicant. Need to be able to communicate well with staff and customers. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Team player and enthusiastic attitude a must.
