CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Securenet Systems / Cirrus Streaming is an international radio streaming services provider, offering streaming for terrestrial and internet broadcasters all over the world.

We are looking for a motivated and confident Customer Service Representative to join our customer success team, based in Deerfield Beach, FL. This is a work-from-home position, but that doesn't mean you're working alone. You'll be given constant support by the rest of the team and be in constant contact with your team members.

DESCRIPTION:

  • Work directly with clients to create an enhanced support experience
  • Establish clients' needs and explain and demonstrate our services/products
  • Follow up on emails and calls as directed
  • Expedite the resolution of clients' questions and issues
  • Enter client information into back-office system
  • Other various client support functions
  • Weekly virtual meetings with concierge team

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Passion for genuinely helping others
  • Bubbly, enthusiastic attitude is a must
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Operate with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writing
  • Ability to clearly present product and service information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Smartphone/tablet/device proficient
  • Enjoy working from home
  • A dedicated space to work with minimal distractions

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our support team, based in Deerfield Beach, FL.

DESCRIPTION:

  • Answer support phone, support tickets, and chats
  • Desktop player and mobile app assistance
  • Expedite the resolution of customer requests
  • New station setups
  • Schedule client calls for custom integrations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Technical background
  • Internet-savvy
  • Knowledge of desktop/device hardware
  • Smartphone/tablet/device proficient
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writing
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
